Populate, maintain and update data into various software accounting systems, Data entry, Research invoicing queries as they occur, Interact independently with attorneys, administrative assistants, outside counsel and vendors to answer invoicing/status questions and resolve invoice issues.
Candidates must have excellent and persuasive verbal and written English communication skills, a polished professional telephone manner and attitude.
Candidates must have a university Bachelor's Degree (any discipline). Japanese language proficiency NOT required.
